The Maggie Fischer Memorial Cross Bay Swim
The 2025 Cross Bay Swim will be held on Friday, July 11 at 0700. There will be a strong incoming tide at that time, and we expect possible record-breaking conditions. Our roster is full at 130 swimmers.
Even though the 2024 event was canceled due to a fog that rolled in after dawn, we were able to distribute $125,000 to our charities. For that, we thank our incredible athletes and sponsors. Mark your calendars for another classic event!
The start is spectacular every year. We invite anyone who can get to the start to join us on the beach or on the dock to witness the event. The Fire Island Lighthouse is also available for any group who would like to watch from a spectacular vantage point overlooking the start line and the entire course.
